For your convenience, we recommend using your cleaning appointment as an opportunity to step away, run errands, enjoy lunch, or simply take time for yourself. While you're away, we'll treat your home with the utmost respect and care, giving every room the attention it deserves.

Appointments outside our standard service area may include a small travel fee, which will always be discussed before booking.

Before your appointment

We will request an in person visit, video walk-through, or photos of the home. This ensures there are no unexpected conditions that would affect pricing. We will also require a 30% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Once a walk-through is done or photos/videos received your quote and appointment will be confirmed!
To help us provide the best cleaning experience, we ask that you:
- Secure all pets or let us know if they'll be home.
- Put away valuables, important documents, cash, and firearms.
- Clear excessive clutter so we can focus on cleaning rather than organizing.
- Provide access to the home at your scheduled appointment time.
During your cleaningÂ
For the safety of everyone involved, we recommend that the home be vacant during your appointment whenever possible.
This allows our team to work efficiently while giving you the freedom to enjoy your day.
When you return, your home will be refreshed, cleaned, and ready for you to enjoy.

Our respect of your home
Every home is treated with the same care and respect we'd expect for our own.
We never intentionally move or disturb personal belongings beyond what is necessary to clean the area.
If an accident or concern ever arises, we'll communicate with you immediately.
What We Don't Clean
 We do not provide:
- Mold remediation
- Biohazard cleanup
- Hoarding cleanup
- Pest removal
- Exterior window washingÂ
- Carpet shampooingÂ
- Pressure washing
- Garbage/Recycling Bin washing (unless requested and add-on price applied)
- Lifting or moving heavy furniture
- Cleaning areas that cannot be safely reached
Existing Damage Disclaimer
PURELY LAYÂ is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, unstable furniture, loose items, or pre-existing conditions. If we notice any concerns before cleaning, we'll notify you whenever possible.
Photo Permission
With your permission, we may photograph cleaned areas for marketing purposes. Personal belongings, identifying information, and family photos will never be intentionally included without consent.
